Green Lantern is the first major DC Superhero aside from Batman and Superman to get its own live action feature film. Its directed by Martin Campbell and stars Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Tim Robbins, Mark Strong and Peter Sarsgaard.

Green Lantern hits theatres in 2D and 3D on June 17, 2011.

Didn’t think it would turn out THIS dirty!

Two brilliant goals by Fernando Torres set up a massive victory for Liverpool today against league leaders Chelsea. Still very worried about Hodgson’s tactics though, especially in the second half when we saw very little of the ball.

Regardless, the win marked our third straight in the premier league and will provide much needed confidence boost for the lads. Torres, Lucas, Kelly, Meireles and the returning Kuyt were particularly on form today.

Here’s hoping this game goes on to be the defining point of the season for Liverpool.
